This technology applications web page provides clarification, guidance, and support to technology applications stakeholders, including districts, schools, parents, educators, and students, for the development and implementation of the K–8 technology applications Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).

  • Technology Applications TEKS Guide: September 101 Sessions Announced: The  provides educators across the state with a common understanding of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for technology applications, including a deep dive into each student expectation, vertical alignment, and cross-curricular connections with foundation and enrichment content areas. For those who were not able to attend the August 2025 TEKS Guide 101 sessions, ӣƵ will host a repeat set of webinars to support educators in navigating the TEKS Guide and using the components effectively. Registration links are provided below by session focus area. Future engagement sessions will be announced through ӣƵ newsletters.

In 2022, the State Board of Education gave final approval to revised TEKS for technology applications which are scheduled to be implemented beginning with the 2024–2025 school year.
